Native Frequently Asked Sunglass Warranty Questions
- To obtain your repair #, log on to nativeyewear.com/warranty and submit your repair electronically.
- Complete the repair form and print TWO COPIES of the Address Label. One to be affixed on the outside of your box and the other inside the box with your Native sunglasses. You will receive your repair # at that time.
- Any missing, incomplete, or incorrect data entered by the customer is not the responsibility of Native Eyewear.
- When submitting your warranty, only send the frame and all lenses that need repair/replacement under the Lifetime Warranty. Do not send extra temples, cases, retainer cords, etc.
- We encourage you to send your Natives by a traceable method (such as UPS or insured mail) and in a sturdy cardboard box. Native is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
- Your repair # MUST be indicated on the outside and inside of your package.
- A Copy of your Proof of Purchase is REQUIRED for repair within the first year. Do NOT send the original, since this will not be returned. Native is not responsible for the original Proof of Purchases.
- Purchases or Receipts from an Un-Authorized Native Retailer is NOT considered Proof of Purchases.
- Your Proof of Purchase must match the item(s) you are returning under this warranty.

- Payment may be made online by credit card ONLY
- NO personal checks accepted
- If your repair is covered under the warranty, we will automatically charge your credit card the correct warranty processing fee and ship new glasses.
- Polarized Lens Kits, purchased separately from your Native sunglasses or goggles, REQUIRE their own $30 processing fee.
- THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. VISIT NATIVEYEWEAR.COM FOR THE MOST UPDATED WARRANTY INFORMATION.
- Please visit www.nativeyewear.com to ensure your exact sunglasses are currently available (style/name/frame/lens combination). If your exact sunglasses are NOT available (discontinued), you will be prompted to select a new style based on similar fit. Simply choose from the options provided. You can not choose a different style if your current style is available.
- All substitutions are final. (NO exceptions for any reason, including fit, color or personal preference.)
- In the event that Native has inventory of your discontinued sunglasses, you will receive that exact sunglass in return, even though you indicated a “substitution” while submitting your repair online.
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Native Eyewear will repair at no charge to the customer as long as a copy of your dated sales receipt is included with your glasses.
- Native Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.
- Scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturer's defect.
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of these Native sunglasses or goggles, and lasts for the lifetime of your Native sunglasses or goggles. This warranty covers all parts of your Native sunglasses or goggles and applies to all types of defects or failure during standard use, except for the following:
- Loss and theft of sunglasses or goggles is NOT covered.
- Standard use does NOT include use as protective eyewear for which safety glasses or goggles are required.
- This warranty does NOT cover prescription lenses. Native eyewear is NOT responsible for returning to you your prescription lenses if received in connection with this warranty.
For breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to the following damages: repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Native Eyewear. Native Eyewear is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, resulting from use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Native Eyewear reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter and/or photograph received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter and/or photograph along with a warranty claim will constitute a license permitting Native Eyewear use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter and/or photograph in connection with its business.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Native does service warranty/repairs for our customers residing outside the United States. The appropriate negotiated

NATIVE EYEWEAR WARRANTY; Native Eyewear sunglasses have a lifetime warranty. If it is determined your Native sunglasses have a manufacturing defect within the first year of original purchase, we will replace or repair those glasses at no cost to you. After the first year, our warranty fee may apply. All repairs are done in the Native facility; do NOT return your Natives to the store. Stores are NOT authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, log on to http://www.nativeyewear.com/Warranty-Online-Claims, submit your repair electronically and then return your sunglasses directly to Native, along with your printed repair label inside and outside the box.
When submitting your warranty, only send the frame and all lenses that need repair/replacement under the Lifetime Warranty. Do not send extra temples, cases, retainer cords, etc.
Native Frequently Asked Goggle Warranty Questions
- To obtain a claim #, log on to nativeyewear.com/Warranty-Online-Claims and submit your claim electronically. You will receive a claim # at that time.
- A completed online claim form is REQUIRED to make a claim.
- Any missing or incomplete information will VOID the processing of your claim.
- Your claim # MUST be indicated on the outside of your package.
- Proof of Purchase is REQUIRED to make a claim and is defined as follows:
- An original dated sales receipt from an Authorized Dealer clearly listing your Native purchase
- The original UPC barcode from the Native goggle box.
Or
- The following items are NOT considered proof of purchase:
- Photocopies of either receipts or UPC barcodes.
- Bank, credit card or on-line statements.
- Receipts from any NON-Authorized Dealer (Internet included).
- Your original dated sales receipt and/or original UPC barcode will be returned to you with your warranty claim.
- Your Proof of Purchase must match the item(s) you are returning under this warranty.
- Proof of Purchase is REQUIRED to make a claim and is defined as follows:
- The $35 processing fee is REQUIRED for each pair of goggles returned under this warranty.
- Polarized Lens Kits, purchased separately from your Native goggles, REQUIRE their own $35 processing fee.
- Payment may be made online by credit card. No cash or check payments accepted.
- To track the status of existing warranty claims, log on to nativeyewear.com/Warranty-Online-Claims
- Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. For nondelivery or further information, e-mail us at warranty@nativeyewear.com.
We will reply within two (2) - three (3) business days. - We encourage you to send your Native goggles by a traceable method (such as insured mail or UPS), as Native is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Before making a Lifetime Warranty claim, please visit nativeyewear.com to ensure your exact goggles are currently available (style name / frame & lens color combination). If your exact goggles are NOT currently available (discontinued), select a new pair of goggles while submitting your claim electronically. You can NOT choose a different style goggle if your style is currently available. Simply choose a new frame & lens color combination within the style you are returning.
- All substitutions are final. (NO exchanges for any reason, including fit, color or personal preference.)
- In the event that Native has inventory of your discontinued goggles, you will receive that exact goggle in return even though you indicated a "substitution" on your claim form.
- Non-Reflex lenses will always be substituted with a Non-Reflex lens SKU.
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Native Eyewear will refund the $35 processing fee and repair or replace your Native goggles.
- An original dated sales receipt from an authorized dealer is required as a proof of purchase.
