Internet Return Policy

Our return policy is simple:

Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any pair of Native glasses in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition.  (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your sunglasses.)

• Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your glasses.
• For your convenience you will find a return label enclosed with your order**.  If you do find it necessary to return your purchase, this label will allow you to return all or part of your order at no cost to you.
• You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.
• A second email will be sent to notify you that your refund has been processed to your credit card.
• Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the credit to be processed.
• You may reorder through our on-line store at any time.
