1.) Can I send back my sunglasses without a receipt or Proof of Purchase?
Yes! Return your sunglasses to Native, including:
- A completed online claim form
- A $30- processing fee, which will be applied to your claim.
Here's what we do:
Native will process your claim without Proof of Purchase under the following guidelines:
- A one-time exception will be granted for you, our valued customer.
- You will be given a UPC barcode, which is your Proof of Purchase that will be REQUIRED for future claims. It will be returned back to you with your claim.
