Free standard shipping over $100
We want to make sure you get the perfect pair of Native Sunglasses, which is why we offer Free Standard Shipping over $100 and Free Returns on qualifying Nativeyewear.com orders. Here are the details:
- Free Standard Shipping within the United States and Canada Minimum online purchase of $100 or more before tax and shipping
- Offer not valid on all items. Some product exclusions may apply.
- Offer not valid on previous purchases or repair order purchases.
- Faster delivery methods available for additional fees.
- Free return shipping for all qualifying orders.
- Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Shipping policy:
Nativeyewear.com orders can be shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada. You will have the ability to select your preferred shipping method. Orders placed by 12pm EST on business days will usually ship the same day, but please allow 2 for your order to process before it ships and 3-10 business days for delivery (depending on the selected shipping method). We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
Return policy:
The Nativeyewear.com return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Native Sunglasses in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The return is applicable for orders bought in Native Canada. The free shipping return is applicable only in Canadian Territory.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
- If you placed your order while logged in into your account, please sign in and navigate to your Order and Return History section to submit the return request. If instead you have not an account and ordered as guest, visit https://nativeyewear.com/en-ca/rma-guest-access and complete the online return request.
- Print out the pre-paid return label that you will receive through email within 1 business day of your request and attach to the box.
- Once your label is attached and the package is secured, choose between the two options below:
- BOOK A PICK-UP AT YOUR PLACE: call Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 to book a free pick-up to any address in CA;
- USE A CANADA POST DROP OFF POINT: take your return package to one of the Canada Post Drop Off Points in CA https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/fpo/personal/findpostoffice where they will take care of everything for you;
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
- We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through Nativeyewear.com at this time.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
Orders made between November 17th 2022 and December 24th 2022 are eligible for returns until January 31st 2023. Orders after this date can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns are eligible for qualifying Native Sunglasses in their original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
